All Henleys are manufactured in the UK from quality materials & components to ensure a long and trouble-free life
Walls are 83mm thick (approx 3.5") Principal materials include high quality WPB 5 plywood (waterproof & bonded high quality exterior grade), 50mm of high quality insulation with a superstructure of 16mm MFC for rigidity. You can see more of this in one of our brochures - just click here

Weather Testing (all models), BS 6375 Part 1
Exterior panel finish Spray coated with Flood range of heavy duty siding coating. Recommended fade-free life 15 years
Joinery Finish (Standard, Vista & VariSpace Models only), Sikkens Cetol Filter7, Exterior extra durability woodstain system, BS EN 927-1 1997 (Extra high protection for timber exposed to maximum weathering)
Structual Timber Treatment (all models), PROTIM (BS EN 599), TANALISED pressure treated timber is protected against fungal and insect attack.
Roofing (all Compact & HomeSpace models) Coverworld steel sheeting profiled from alloy coated flat steel sheet manufactured to EN 10 147:1992. Steel sheeting has a reverse coat of grey polyester. The exposed face is supplied in Plastisol: 200-micron external grade PVC coating PVC: 27-micron thick Polyvinyl Fluoride coating Polyester: Lining Enamel.
