Internet cafes, lively colour schemes and well-designed office furniture look great but can they really raise morale and cut down sick leave?

Designers argue that they can - in fact they say there's now plenty of evidence to show that improving the quality of our working environment not only makes us happier, but healthier and more productive as well.
